The Pizza Bike is the first portable pizzeria able to serve customers at any location accessible by bike, founded by Angel Ganev and trading since 2015. The dough is sourdough made with organic flours and a starter born in Bath, slow fermented for at least 36 hours, topped with Italian buffalo mozzarella.
